Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale periods. We process orders Monday through Friday, and they are typically processed within 1-3 business days of the order date. Shipping occurs the day after processing is completed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. However, you may be responsible for paying import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are determined by your local customs office. These charges are not covered by Premium Alloy Car, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
